Reynolds

It was back in turn-of-the-century Birmingham, England, where John Reynolds & Sons first decided to spin off from their successful nail manufacturing company to an entity devoted solely to the business of building better metal tubing. In 1898, Reynolds was born. Today it remains one of the most respected names in the cycling industry. No fewer than 27 Tour de France champions, including legends Jacques Anquetil, Eddy Merckx, Greg LeMond, Bernard Hinault and Miguel Indurain have crossed the finish line atop bicycles built with Reynolds tubing ranging from the first patented tubes to the legendary 531 & 853 tubesets.

Today, Reynolds has built upon that foundation within the carbon composites arena. Their composite forks undergo rigorous testing and have been proven in a professional capacity in the classic road races in Europe, on the Queen K Highway in Kona, and at the Sydney Olympics.
