iBike opened for business on the 4th of August 2004 following the acquisition of an established bicycle retailer, named In-Tension.

iBike's founders, Eduardo A dos Remedios and his cousin Graeme Warren thought about what they wanted in a bicycle shop.

Countless hours were spent researching, planning and crystalising their ideas.

The product is the 'iBike customer experience'.

We spend time choosing the products that we stock and try to test them ourselves. This philosophy extends to offering top quality demo bikes for you to test. It doesn't stop at demo bikes. Both Graeme and Eduardo spent many years racing internationally, in road, mountain and track events across Europe, South Africa, Australia and SE Asia.
